The guys at West Michigan Collision were awesome! They did body work on my Audi TT after getting hit, and they were efficient and willing to work with me to meet my price range. They went above and beyond to help me, saved me money (other body shops had quoted me at DOUBLE the price they were able to do it for!), and made my car look great. I have a 2007 Saturn Vue. They stopped making this model the same year. Parts are pretty hard to find but West Michigan Collision came through and found the part I needed. They also lent me a loaner car until mine was fixed! They're very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone!

Just picked up my vehicle, collision work, OMGosh, awesome! My auto insurance let me pick where to go, so, of course I went where everyone in my family gets their mechanical work done. We've always been treated like family here. Always up front and honest with what need to be done as well as what doesn't. Parts and labor rates fabulous. You know how it is right..once you find that one business that has integrity, and does terrific work and stands behind it...You never go anywhere else. This IS that business!

From putting in a new engine, to replacing the back door on a mini van to repainting the body of a Polaris Razor (which turned out awesome looking). I had my car towed overnight to West Michigan Collision after getting into an accident in a parking lot. The team there, Gary especially, was incredibly efficient and helpful, and got my quote to me the next business day morning. Unfortunately, the quote indicated that my car was totaled, so I did not proceed with the work, but they were happy to help the entire way through the process, as well as suggesting next steps for selling my demolished VW. I will definitely use them in the future, and refer friends and family to their location!
